Summary: Absolutely perfect! The location is right in the middle of everything and all though there was hundreds of people milling about outside at restaurants or sightseeing it was perfectly quiet inside the room. The building itself was a new construction and incredibly well insulated. Is by far the best place I’ve stayed in New Zealand and will gladly stay there again
